The challenge
No7 Beauty Company came to Learning with Experts with a challenge to educate beauty content creators on social media and bust typical skin care myths, using the science behind No7 Beauty Company's products and bringing scientists and skin care experts in contact with content creators.
The solution
Learning with Experts worked with No7 Beauty Company and their agency to produce a series of 6 lessons on skincare.
Working with the scientists we created the syllabus for the course based on No7 Beauty Company's key beauty messages. The scientists are the tutors for the course, presenting the on-demand course with key beauty and skincare insiders and experts.
The course videos were filmed at broadcast quality in short 20 minute lessons, with interactive questions at the end of each lesson.
Content creators were invited discuss topics covered with each other and the tutor in the small interactive classroom.
The results
No7 Beauty Company launched the branded "Creator Collective" to a select group of new beauty influencers. The influencers were able to interact with the scientists behind the products through the course and practical assignments.
Influencers recruited into the long-term Creator Collective partnership will also be invited to play a collaborative role in shaping the No7 Beauty Company brand identity.
As well as being given access to production studios for content creation, creators will have the chance to act as consultants on brand and product strategy across No7 Beauty Company’s six iconic brands – No7, Liz Earle Beauty Co., Soap & Glory, Sleek MakeUP, Botanics and Your Good Skin.
