We've worked with public health pioneer Sir Muir Gray and NHS Trusts, the wider public health community, and major employers to help build public understanding and make lifestyle choices that actually make a difference.

It is widely accepted that a healthy lifestyle can have huge wellbeing benefits.

For example, one study showed that women aged 65 who live well could expect to live for 3 years longer than those with an unhealthy lifestyle, whilst reducing the time they spend with dementia by nearly half.

Participants in our online courses learn directly from experts, setting their own goals and making changes as they go - with the support of their tutor and a group of peers.

By the end of the programme, they have already made lifestyle and wellbeing changes that they will be able to sustain and put this commitment into practice through short projects shared with their class.

The whole learning experience is delivered in a cost-effective and resource sensitive to the time of those involved - experts, tutors and students.

Students can learn at a time which works for them, so they can fit it around busy lifestyles or professional demands.
